Step 1: Navigate to TM Frontman Registration Form

To log into TM Frontman, in your web browser navigate to https://www.tmfrontman.com/member/login

To register a new account, select Login. A prompt will appear asking for your username and password. Instead of inputing your information, at the bottom of the prompt there will be a button that reads Register. Select this button to be directed to a registration form.

Step 2: Fill Out Registration Form

Fill out the following information to create your account:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number - Please include your area code.
  • Email Address - This email address will be your username. If you sign up for alerts this will be the email that will receive them.
  • Password
  • Alert Emails - You may choose to receive alert emails regarding vet procedures. Click the boxes to select what reports you would like to receive.

Once finished with the form, select Register to complete your account.

Step 3: Log Into Your Account

After you have completed the registration form and submitted your application, you will be redirected the the TM Frontman Dashboard.

Immediately after registration there will be no horse data associated with your account. Please allow us 3-5 business days to import your information. If you have any questions please reach out to us at questions@taylormadesales.com.
